Delete Your RISEN Account
RISEN allows users to permanently delete their account and associated data directly inside the app.
Delete your account from within the RISEN app
- Sign in to your RISEN account.
- Open My Profile.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Enter your current password.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Your account, profile, Rises, Memories, Moments, Milestones, comments, reactions, and associated uploaded media will be deleted.
Cannot access your account?
Send an account-deletion request from the email address linked to your RISEN account.

Verification
To protect accounts from unauthorised deletion, RISEN may verify that the request comes from the email address associated with the account.
Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information.
- All Rises, Memories, Moments, and Milestones.
- All uploaded photos and videos.
- Comments, reactions, and community interactions.
- Any other data associated with your account.
